Terms & Conditions

1)    Enrolment is confirmed upon the full payment details above. All payments except the student card (in good condition) made are non-refundable. 学生在报名并缴付学费等款项后就可以开始上课。除学生卡（状况良好）外，所有付款均不予退还。

2)    Full payment of tuition and daycare fees (whichever is applicable) is still paid in the case of holidays, illness including home quarantine cases, and abbreviated weeks or months such as those affected by MCO, schooling schedule directed by the Ministry of Education. Prorated payment is only for delays of enrolment. Eg: Enrol after the 15th of the month. 

在节假日、疾病（包括居家隔离病例）以及受行动管制令影响、教育部指示的上学时间等缩短的几周或几个月的情况下，仍将支付全额费用。 按比例付款仅允许延迟注册。 例如：每月 15 日之后注册。

3)     In case of any emergency lockdown announced by the Ministry of Education, home quarantine due to illness or close contact, online tuition will be conducted. 如遇教育部宣布行动管制令、因病居家隔离或密切接触者，中心将进行线上补习。

4)     Fees are subjected to be revised in a yearly manner. All monthly payments must be made before the 7th of every month. 费用每年都会进行修订。 所有每月付款必须在每月 7 日之前支付。

5)     Payment of fees is due before the start of each month or before can be transferred via online banking: 费用应在每月月初之前可通过网上银行转账支付:

6)     A late pickup rate of RM5 per 30 minutes will be charged after 7pm. However, we understand that emergencies may arise and we are willing to assist in such cases, such as sending the child home by center van. Please let us know in advance. 晚上 7 点后将收取每 30 分钟 RM5 的迟到费。 但是，我们了解可能会出现紧急情况，我们愿意在这种情况下提供协助，例如由中心学生车载送孩子回家。 请提前告知我们。

Additional :

1）Property damage 破坏公物

students will be responsible for any damage or loss if center property during the use of facilities in classroom, 
event hall, main hall, canteen, kitchen, etc. 
学生在使用教室、活动厅、大厅、食堂、厨房等设施期间，对中心财产造成的任何损坏或丢失需承担该有的责任。

2）Refund policy 退款条款

all payments made are not refundable. If u cancel or miss class for any reason, no refund will be granted and payment will be forfeited.

所有付款均不予退还。如因任何原因取消或缺席课程，将不予退款且付款将被当做弃权。

3）Class replacement 课堂补课条款

center will not guarantee availability of replacement classes in the event that a scheduled class is cancelled by the parents/ students. We will make effort to provide alternative arrangements.

如家长/学生取消课程，中心不保证有补课。但我们将会尽力安排补课。

4）Photograph and video 拍照和录像的权利

we reserve the right to photograph and video and use them for internal and external communication. By signing, parents/ guardians give consent to the usage. 
中心保留拍照和录像的权利，并将其用于内部和外部的交流。通过签名，父母/监护人同意使用。

Era Alfa reserves the right to make changes at any time. All parents will be notified of the changes before they take effect.

Era Alfa保留随时修改的权利。修改将会在生效前通知所有家长。
